Our tale begins in the bustling environment of our operations unit, where Mr. Abdelaziz first joined Palais Amani as a builder in 2007 to help in the Riad’s restoration. He was instrumental in various tasks, administering daily operations, working closely with machinery, and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Obviously, his dedication and eagerness to learn were evident from day one. At that time, our company was still a concept, only walls of a house without a defined product. He became an integral part of the team, helping shape the vision of what would eventually become « the Palais Amani Boutique Hotel ». He was always working with a sense of enthusiasm and ambition.

As M. Abdelaziz knowledge and experience grew, so did opportunities within the company. He transitioned through various roles, each bringing its challenges and triumphs. With every promotion, he flourished and thrived as a true professional!Through late nights and early mornings, Mr. AbdelAzizi has supported every milestone, celebrating every success and learning from every failure.Over these years, he has witnessed the birth of « PALAIS AMANI ” from concept to reality. Definitely, after years of hard work, he was officially promoted to Riad Technical Manager at Palais Amani. In this role, he oversees a talented team responsible for the implementation and maintenance of our technical operations at the Riad facility. Today, he still leads with the same passion and dedication that characterized his early days. His vision for the future includes fostering innovation, promoting a collaborative team environment, and driving continuous improvement within the processes.
